Very professional advice and super service after-sale
Ok
We bought our Jotul oven there about 4 weeks ago.
The advice was TOP, that's why we went to a specialist shop and bought there too, as you don't get paid from advice, but through the sale of goods.
The consultation was on a Saturday, we then paid a deposit and the rest when we picked it up on Monday. We were then able to pick up the oven directly from the shipping company in the immediate vicinity.
Setting up and assembly was done by ourselves and was relatively easy.

We were very satisfied from start to finish. Friendly employees with decent specialist knowledge. At no time was anything talked into us! They took a lot of time to answer our questions. Thanks to Mr. Behr at this point. Delivery took place within 5 working days. We bought the Scan 83-1. That was perfect! Customer service was also very friendly and accommodating when we had a query. The delivery deadline was met, the goods arrived as ordered and without any defects. My questions about ordering and delivery were answered quickly and correctly. Before ordering, I also read the bad reviews and I have to say that none of the complaints applied to me. I can recommend the business based on my experience.
